At INSPIRED, we want you to be happy with your T-shirt purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your T-shirt.

To be eligible for a return, the T-shirt must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be unwashed

• Be in its original condition

• Have the original tags attached, where applicable

• Be free from stains, odours, damage or signs of use

Please contact us before sending any item back.

2. Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, you may request a return provided the T-shirt meets the return conditions above.

Return postage may be the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend checking our size information carefully before placing your order.

3. Faulty or Damaged T-Shirts

If your T-shirt arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the issue

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

4. Incorrect T-Shirt

If you receive the wrong size, colour or T-shirt compared with what you ordered, please contact us before returning the item.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

5. Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, your refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange for a different size or colour where available. However, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another appropriate remedy.

7. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs may vary depending on the customer's location.

Customers may also be responsible for applicable customs or import charges when returning an item, unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect product.
